Bike The Whites DiningTours start on Tuesday at The 1785 Inn at the Intervale Scenic Vista overlooking the Saco River Valley up to Mount Washington at a historical marker for the White Mountain School of Art which often painted the view. On Wednesday, you will ride to you will ride to the Inn at Crystal Lake in the tiny village of Eaton. Recommended by the Boston Globe, the Inn at Crystal Lake's menu features New England Regional Cuisine using the freshest ingredients possible and local products when they are available. Each dish is prepared to showcase the flavor and quality of the ingredients. Menus change seasonally, however on any given night, participants might start with a hearty homemade chili and then sample entrées such as Filet Mignon with Bleu cheese butter or Sea Scallops in a sage-sherry-mushroom cream sauce. If the timing is right, you might be there for one of the Inn's popular Opera themed dinners as highlighted on the Boston's television news show "Chronicle".
